3. Well, take a look at the Bob Koehler article (cited above)...
Poll Shock," by Bob Koehler (11/24/05)

Diebold has the capability of flipping a 60/40 lead in the polls, to a 40/60 LOSS--without detection, and apparently with impunity. No pre-election lead is safe in these circumstances. Further, I have no doubt that Rove is looking at the big picture. Selective Democrats will be permitted to win, as in 2004. But nowhere near a majority, or nowhere near a majority that would investigate and impeach Bush, or cause any ripple. Case in point: the 11 Senate Democrats who voted for torture, for arrest without cause, and for indefinite detention without recourse, at Bush's whim. This is the function of the Diebold Democrats--to rubber stamp fascist policy. They know who they owe their office and their power to, and it is not to the American people or even to their own constituencies. Their influence (and treason) might be tempered if there were a Democratic majority, with a significant number of real Democrats, and thus pressure on the moles. But Rove isn't going to let that happen. If we get a majority, it will be a very compromised majority that can do nothing. That would be a clever Rovian ploy. (It could dampen the election reform movement, for one thing.) But I don't expect even that. I think they are beyond clever and into desperate, and will take no chances with their own necks. And who knows how Bishop may fit into their election theft plan. They can literally do anything they want to in Georgia. They have total control of the election system--and a Diebold president, Bob Urosevich, not above directly involving himself in it.

See the latest Robert Kennedy Jr. revelation about Diebold in Rolling Stone (what Urosevich did in Georgia in 2002):
