She would be subject to State courts with no immunity. Bush would have to be impeached by a House of Representatives (which is likely to have, at best, a slim Democratic majority) and then convicted by the Senate (which is likely to be evenly divided between Democrats & Republicans.) This is assuming any evidence of his direct involvement exists (what? you think Karl Rove doesn't have access to a shredder? or compromising photos of anyone who could testify against BushCo?)
This is the essence of the "Cut-out." Neither Junior or Jeb was probably even in Florida when any criminal offences were committed, let alone leaving their fingerprints on the evidence.
