It's not the worst case I've ever seen, but if we reversed the roles and had a sixty year old man rubbing his foot up and down a young female reporter's leg, there would be severe consequenses. Think of Cruella as Bill Clinton and the reporter a 22 year old woman and imagine how the freeps would howl. Instead, they're probably over there talking about how they wish they were that reporter.
