It's just not concrete harm, and you haven't proven who might have done it. (Which is fine, too--but I believe harm has been done when I have EVIDENCE of it. When we DO talk about concrete things here, I DO talk about the things Bush/this admin. has done that I have a problem with.)

Actually, this has been a very good conversation--I've clarified several things in my mind. About the cuts to college grants--what specific law was that--and was there any compensating law signed? Anyone know? People ALWAYS should have help with educating themselves.
