77. Executive Orders created the Rex84 'suspension of the Constitution'
Scroll down a bit at this weblink and read the Executive Orders

which surely were considered by John Roberts (google up his bio from the WH using ' john roberts' :

""From 1982 until 1986, Justice Roberts served in the White House as Associate Counsel to President Ronald Reagan.

His duties in the White House included reviewing bills submitted to the President by the Congress, drafting and reviewing Executive Orders, and generally reviewing the full range of presidential activities for legal problems.""

And doing the same for Samuel Alito we find :

""From 1985-1987, Alito served in the Office of Legal Counsel as Deputy Assistant Attorney General where he provided constitutional advice for the Executive Branch.""

So, both men probably reviewed and passed approval upon the Executive Orders creating a 'suspension of the Constitution' and called it...ta dah ! Constitutional to suspend the Constitution, a self-cancelling bit of twisted logic if I ever came across it.

Instead of 'confirmation' I think disbarment, if the documentation ever shows up with their approving these neo-nazi practices, should be considered.
