My understanding is that this totally compromised the whole undercover operation on WMD's.
Also, even if Libby did believe that "Wilson's wife" worked for the CIA in in a non-undercover capacity, wouldn't revealing that fact still have compromised her as an undercover agent? That's assuming that her contacts never knew that she was a CIA employee until she was "outed."
