20. I think her lawyer probably contacted Libby and told him that she
was willing to stay in jail until the term of the grand jury expired next month but that Fitzgerald had indicated that he was going to either prosecute her for criminal contempt or seat a new grand jury and that she was not willing to do two more years. So Libby agreed to release her again just for appearances sake and she will now testify before the grand jury.
