33. It's hard to say definitively
without the actual systems to review. My best guess is that the aggregators, because they would require at least the temporary storage of additional data, and because they are an additional level of activity, would probably leave more of a trail than simply rigging the tabulators.

IMHO, what we really need is full transparency of the systems, such as we would get with open source, as opposed to this proprietary crap. That way any changes should be fully subject to audit. But that's for the future. Prying the lid off the past is gonna be tough...
