10. and where will the US Treasury get the CASH to pay it back
if it has already forwarded the 2 Trillion to the federal spending side for many decades? The money has been SPENT. All the SSA has is a whole bunch of bonds in other words IOU's.
If that was not the case, the 2 Trillion would go a long way in paying the projected deficit from baby bomers retiring.
