100. Try 2 Alleve twice a day and then add
2 Extra Strength Tylenol. Tylenol relieves pain, but does nothing for inflammation.

And the bromelain in FRESH pineapple will help reduce inflammation.

(I'm not an M.D., but have been dealing with severe pain issues of my own.)
