We'll be criticizing him and objecting to his personnel choices while standing out in the streets selling apples instead of sitting at a computer!

I'm very serious. I just listened to his press conference again, and have listened to the talking heads, and looked at some other information out there, and if Obama is not allowed to save this economy, we are truly fucked.

I'm not playing either!

Watch this: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=385x244412

and understand that there is a reason that the talking heads are currently talking Obama up, even assholes like Lou Dobbs. Obama is all we have left in order to avoid a protracted depression....and I mean, PROTRACTED DEPRESSION with like 10-15% unemployment....and that still could happen regardless... and those numbers might end up looking good.

We can bicker about this advisor and that Secretary, but it will take all hands on-deck to get us out of this mess even a little bit whole.

Obama was very clear in his Press Conference, for those who truly listened closely. We are in dire straits, and if Obama isn't given a chance to right the ship, without a bunch of drama, we will all be going down, no exceptions. And if the United States' economy falls aparts, so goes the world.

This war, and the oil prices over the last year are the main culprit, along with greedy pigs on Wall Street, making deals that were a bunch of nothings. Included are the Hedge Funds as part of the weapons used to practically break us.

In order for Obama's plan to work, China and others have to be willing to lend us the money. That is why Obama's goodwill throughout the world is priceless. It is the only leverage we have, to a great degree. They also understand that if the United States fails, everyone goes down. That's not something that anyone is interested in, and that should be, "including" us...the Left.

Obama is long term planning to put us to work, where we have some end American products to show for it...instead of us consuming without anything ourselves to show for it, because that is part of the problem; we consume foreign goods for the most part.

Bush ain't worth shit. He is the real fuck up in all of this. The office of the President was never meant to be run by a fool surrounded by more fools. That is why we are in deep shit, and why President Obama is a gift, because he has so many of the anti-Bush qualities required to do the best job possible, under the circumstances. Listen closely to what he will be saying tomorrow, understanding that we are on the brink unless we can pull ourselves out of it.
