33. The ChoicePoint-Kroll merger was cancelled on August 8, 1997
Choicepoint Inc., the insurance services company to be spun off by Equifax Inc., said on August 7, 1997 that its acquisition of Kroll Associates had been called off after the two companies could not reach a final agreement. (1)

So it's not a direct line, but they are probably all going around in the same tight circle. They are also clients of the Ashcroft Group (2, 3) and we all know that Ashcroft didn't want to know anything about terrorism prior to 9/11, because he knew so he didn't want to hear anything about it. (5)

Given their scandaleous behavior in Florida during the 2000 Election (4), it makes them the most unreliable bunch to do the World Trade Center victims identification.

According to documentation unearthed under the Freedom of Information Act by the independent Electronic Privacy Information Center, ChoicePoint representatives were on the scene at the World Trade Center tragedy in Guinness-Book-of-World-Records-ambulance-chasing time. The company won contracts September 12 to match victims with its growing DNA data bank.

(more at link like how they sold illegal info about 300 million Latin Americans to Ashcroft as well)

It's almost like they knew :sarcasm: It means that the victim list may not be 100% reliable...
