Do you know what HAVA was? It was a republican passed spending bill that bought computers to count votes in nearly every precinct in the country.

How much money did they spend: $ 4 billion dollars. It was not cheap, and not a way to save money. But they got what we paid for: Manipulable election counts.

These are just plain facts. Nothing more than that.

The repugs spent billions to get election voting machines that control the courts to get Obama elected but he knows nothing about it.
