the election wasn't even close. Obama won by a landslide. He won states that hadn't gone Democratic within my over-40 lifetime. (My home state, VA, for example).

There was no election fraud necessary at all, considering his opponent was McCain/Palin and the Republican brand was already trashed beyond recognition. Even the talking heads were saying that whoever wound up winning the Democratic primary would likely win the election, and that's just what happened.

Vote machine hacking matters most in elections that are close. This one wasn't.
