In part II of the John O'Neill series we discovered that Mass. Electric Construction has an unlisted office on the 84th floor of WTC2. The office was discovered thanks to unblinking who listed all the companies in the telephone directory who had an office in the World Trade Center since many were not listed on the tenant listings. The irony about Mass. Electric is that nothing is known about them and 9/11 despite being in the impact zone and that they specialize in wiring which is pretty useful if you want to rig a building for controlled demolition.
The old post:http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=125&topic_id=97281&mesg_id=97589In the old post it was also mentioned that they are a subsidiary of Kiewit Corporation whose former CEO Peter Schneidkraut left in December 2001 to start his own business and was doing things like the Restauration Project of the New Jersey to the World Trade Center Station in Manhattan, New York.
I was reading "Follow The Yellow Brick Road" and in the chapter about Poppy's Zapata, the following item caught my eye:

After Zapata lost its attempted takeover and accepted greenmail from United Fruit in 1969, Eli Black took charge of United Fruit. He expanded horizontally from tropical fruit into meat-packing and food packaging and distribution. This was a globalization model that was matched by Murdock's Pacific Holdings in the direction it took Zapata.
Murdock Investment Co. acquired the food packaging company Continental Can in conjunction with Peter Kiewit & Sons (3) -- a road construction company in
Omaha, Nebraska that built more miles of interstate highways than any other company

Peter Kiewit Sons, Inc. played a very significant role in the Franklin Credit Union pedophilia scandal that occurred in Nebraska in the 1980's. (See
http://www.newsmakingnews.com/lmnebraskaconnection.htm ). The legal documents involved in the trusts involved in the Kiewit companies sound like the same pattern used in the syndicate documents described in Part Two-B. This scandal was covered by John DeCamp's book, the Franklin Cover Up, which is available from Amazon.com

Franklin Credit Union's financial and corporate tiesAccording to John DeCamp, FirsTier Bank "was the bank Larry King's pilfered $40 million passed through, without anybody batting an eye." In 1987-88, at the time of the Franklin Credit Union scandal was revealed, there were two men serving on the board of FirsTier Financial, Inc. who were also directors of a company called Valmont Industries--Robert H. Daugherty and William F. Welsh II.

Another thing that stands out is the obvious connection between the FirsTier Financial and Peter Kiewit Sons, Inc. The latter company controls the Kiewit Royalty Trust, which was created under a Trust Indenture dated May 17, 1982 by Peter Kiewit Sons', Inc., a Delaware corporation to provide "an efficient, orderly and practical means for the administration of income received from certain royalty and overriding royalty interests in certain coal leases." The Trust has no active plan of business operation and was set up to distribute income to holders of Units. (The trustee of the Trust is First Bank, National Association ("Trustee"), Omaha, Nebraska, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of First Bank System, Inc., a registered bank holding company. First Bank, National Association is a successor to FirsTier Bank N.A. Omaha, as a result of the merger of FirsTier Financial Inc., the parent holding company of the former trustee, with and into First Bank System, Inc.
