One Farenheit degree in a period of 40 years, with the trend itself accelerating since the mid-1990s (the particular charts on the NASA page don't show it well).

The real acceleration seems to be the level of atmospheric CO2. It's nearly 400 ppm, and over the past 900,000 years, the critical point for rapid climate change (often as a Heinrich Event) has been 400-500 ppm, although current climate change does not appear to be either the beginning of an Heinrich or a Dansgaard-Oeschger event.
