10. St Louis hosting Outsourcing Summit May 3-5

The TMC Global Call Center Outsourcing Summit will be held at the Westin Hotel in St Louis May 3 through 5. It's sponsored by Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine, which is run by advocates of outsourcing US Call Center jobs, primarily to India. For more information:
