42. The panic / anxiety attacks have been a much bigger problem...
I've had a couple where I literally thought I was dying. And as part of the process of educating myself in what they are, I realized the cumulative effect is the culprit. They rarely manifest themselves in an extreme moment of stress. It's like a water glass that is being filled drop by drop and then one day, one LITTLE drop goes in and the water spills everywhere and you think "I'm dying"...that is literally what happened when I called the doctor today. I said "I feel like I might be dying" and their reaction was basically "Sucks to be you...good luck!"

Today was a real education, on a number of levels.
