Heard Deng Xiao-ping speak at the National Day parade in Beijing in 1984.

Saw Joel Coen and his wife Frances McDormand walking around Lake Calhoun with their son. I think they were filming "A Serious Man"

Saw Flip Wilson get off the plane my mom was on coming back from PA.

Was drinking in a bar when Mike Farrell (B.J. Hunnicutt) walked in and asked for change for the parking meter.
