There are always a few dealers who have naturally occurring gold nuggets there. Most of the common ones come from Australia, although some are found in North America, too. Keep in mind that with a gold price of $1385 an ounce, you aren't going to get much gold weight for $52--about 1.167 grams. Not exactly a weight of boulder-like proportions.
