Reply #15: Started about forty years ago when I had to be up at 4 AM to milk cows in -16F winter mornings

8 oz of strong fresh coffee and 8 oz of thick fresh cream in a big glass. Gulp gulp. Then trudge off through the snow to the dairy barn. Handmilk the cows. Hose down the barn. Wash all the equipment in awful hot warm. Climb the stack of alfalfa bales and roll some off the top to feed the cows. Cart the full milk cans by hand back up the road to the walkin refrigerator kitchen. I think I burned all those cream calories by breakfast at 8, cuz I was always hungry

It's a vitamin. I probably do at least a quart a day
