45. That rcpt is from Zarella Martinez's cook book...
I used to eat at her restaurant back in the day. Drunken chicken was my favorite dish and I have owned the cook book for decades now. I was so happy to find it online so I didn't have to type the whole thing out! Once you try it I think you make it a staple. It makes great comfort food on a rainy night or it good for a dinner party too.
