ended a relationship this weekend

.. and I'm not doing too hot. I don't post as much as some, but I feel safe here. I'll spare too many details... I'll just say that I'm broken hearted and my self esteem is in the tank, but what's killing me the most right now, and I can barely even stand it, is knowing that I broke his heart... it hurts me that I hurt him. it's all just really raw right now.

Not sleeping much and can barely eat. Trying to put on a brave face at work took about every once of energy I had.

Apologies for the sad topic; just needed a safe place to let go of some grief.
