In case you can't tell, I don't think we should have a drinking age. The entirety of the appeal is the verbotenness of alcohol...if you've been drinking wine with dinner since you were 9, you feel no desire or inclination to go hang out in a stinky dormitory room and drink yourself into a coma on Coors Light.

Substance-control laws create the very issues they fail to fix. So...no I don't think underage drinking is the problem. Better alcohol education and the abandonment of failed policies and laws is the solution.
