That doesn't mean shutting down emotionally. You KNOW this. It means empowering YOURSELF to validate YOU.

I can tell you this from personal experience: YOUR honest opinion of yourself is the one that matters MOST. Don't obsess about what others think. Listen quietly, take from others' opinions what might be of value in your growth journey, and move on. Truth is, most people have their own agendas when they accept or reject you, but in the final analysis, YOU get to decide how you react. This is YOURS, and nobody can take it away from you. :hug: :hug:
