30. Having something to drink helps sometimes
but don't over do it, don't give in and miss healthy goals but sometimes starving means you need to eat something ! Our bodies do pretty much know what they need and find ways of telling us. ;)

When I saw your thread I remembered our brief exchange about eating meat the other day in the thread asking vegitarians and vegans what set them on that path. And I just thought I'd mention that when I switched to eating so much less meat I actually gained weight. :) A good thing in my case.

I hope your diets works out for you.
