and other extraordinary topics. My guest is Rod C. Davis of Las Vegas, NV. Rod is no KOOK; he is an experienced financial manager who has had a great deal of real work in his life. We have twice had the pleasure of meeting him and his lovely wife in Nevada.

Welcome! It's easy to hear this. Just click on the link to open up the audio, as well as my photo and a biography.

Rod's splash page is also VERY interesting and you can listen to some beautiful music in the background. You can read about his experiences, and his book "River of Fear."

If you listen to this, and like what you hear, I'd appreciate a favor from you.

Please call Tara Taylor, the Vice President of Marketing and Planning at Oregon Public Broadcasting, at 503-293-1969. Tell her you want to SPEAK OUT LOUD for re-imagining radio and television for next year.

Kindly leave a brief message to tell her you do listen to Internet radio and have heard the Ellen Kimball Radio Lady on the Accessible Information Network or AccessInfoNet.

Also, it would be very helpful if you report back to this thread.

I am planning meetings with management here in Portland. Remember, I am a retired broadcaster, and am not looking for a job, just want to use my abilities to give some vision to people who seem to be either struggling with problems of listenership on an SAP channel. We don't want them to just wash away a 33-year-old radio reading service which was dedicated to the blind, handicapped, homebound, and senior citizens beginning in 1975.

Thank you for your help.
