30. Things are fine in the landlord department
Gave myself a couple of days to not be so mad, then called him. I said, You know you can't raise our rent retroactively, right?

He wanted to know what I was talking about, so I told him. He said, no, no, that doesn't go into effect until March.

Methinks he just made a mistake with the date (happens a lot at the beginning of a new year for lots of people.) So, we're cool.
