2. Yeah, I definitely remember that one.
It was a parade of different styles. The host (dressed in an elaborate Soviet Army uniform) would announce:

"Beach vear!" And the dumpy model in the sack dress would walk the catwalk holding a beach ball.

"Evenink vear!" And the model walks out in the same old dress and carrying a flashlight.

Funny. And who were the Soviets to get offended? Couldn't they just not have had such a squalid social system?
