I've worked shit jobs before (like fast food worker and retail), so I've been on that end of things, believe me. And I do know how difficult it is to get through a day when it seems as if nearly everyone you deal with is kicking the crap out of you. But I also had bosses who would have fired me if I treated customers like that, even if there were times when I was sorely tempted to so that.

I also think that there are ways to deal with rude, nasty people without throwing shit back at them in return.

But hey, that's just me.
