But my laptop is a crappy 2-3 year old dell inspiron. Would it have wireless card? Normally, when the lights blink out on my cable modem (I think that's what I have, its a black box with lights that light up when I'm connected to the internet, or flash when I'm on the phone. I'm technologically illiterate), I can't access the internet at all, and that's what its showing right now
