20. I think there is probably some difference in quality.
For example, people claim that Old Navy is exactly the same as the Gap because they have kind of the same style and the same parent company. I disagree, because I DESTROY Old Navy clothes, but Gap clothes last forever. So basically, I find the price difference to be worth it to me. The only time I buy Old Navy is if something is on clearance...usually little boys polo shirts. I find the quality between Gap and Banana Republic to be pretty comparable though. I'm at a size where I can get great deal at BR, if I look though. I've bought $90 shirts on clearance for $12-20 there before.
