...dangling from the wall of my house this morning
around 10:30.  In the six years I've been feeding the slugs here (they love the Purina Cat Chow) I have NEVER seen them out in the daytime before now. I did not know that they could dangle like a spider from a 12 inch band of extra-thick slime... And I sure didn't know that SlugLove involved a large portion of their insides squeezing OUT of their heads and writhing around together like an independently-controlled third slug. If you "learn something new every day", I think I'm good until next week or so. |
