Born at 4:31 this morning, 7 pounds 10.5 ounces 21.5 inches in length
 Thanks so much for all the good wishes and thoughts as I asked y'alls opinions of various and sundry names. She was born at a birthing center, not a hospital, with a Midwife, not an OB GYN. I cannot overstate how much I was overwhelmed by the staff's combination of absolute competence, respect for the Mom and family and sense of Joy at what we were all doing. |
