18. Swap out those wimpy mixer motors
With a power drill motor!!!! I got a 24 volt DeWalt cordless hammer drill that I hardly use. Was gonna use the motor for an RC car (the motor turns at 2000 RPMs wouldn't need much gearing to make a fast car). The only problem would be any mixer powered by this motor would need to be bolted to the couter top, in a drill the motor has wrist breaking torque. Should have no problems with bread dough.
