14. do you mean to live, or to visit?
I have not lived in, nor visited, all 50 states, but I think Iowa is the least friendly place to move to. Basically because, almost nobody ever does it. So almost everyone living there has lived there all their lives. It is not that they are mean-spirited, but that their lives are already filled with family and friends they have known all their lives. They have neither time, nor interest, in making new ones.
