but worse than that, while trying to get help/info for customers my coworkers at our main bank have resorted to telling me there's nothing they can do (re: tax info that's mailed). I just want to shout "the law says you have to so just FUCKING DO IT!!!" But, I don't even have time to argue with them.

So, instead of having lunch, I'm at DU cheering up!
