16. I think the counseling is in order both to get you past the trauma but
also to take a look at your internal conversation which you often share with us. Granted we all feel picked on and abused at times and especially when one has gone through something hard like a robbery and a mugging, thoughts like "WHY ME?" are bound to occur.

But I noticed you had a similar conversation about the friend who got a better job as well.

If anything has a HOLD on our life it is the internal conversations we have with ourselves. Those conversations virtually DICTATE what our reality is.
