Thanks, Princess, for the link. It was fun to see his work.

I liked the drawings the best. It strikes me that he is at a point of needing to choose where he wants to go with his work. His color work seems more commercial and perhaps destined to appeal to fans of larger women for the subject matter alone. The drawings come closer to being "Art" in that it's more about his technique, feeling and the forms rather than whether the model is large or small.

He'll probably make a lot more money if he goes in the commercial direction (like Botero: his work is commercial and terribly "cute").

On edit: I just checked on the link on Oldlefty's post above. I take back the "cute" comment! (My bad...)
