musch the same as wearing a sundress and flip-flops to your father-in-law's funeral...or a cut offs to a wedding..

The man is a mega millionaire who has scores of people to tend to his every need. There is NO excuse for him wearing inappropriate clothing.

He OWNS a dress coat, and if it was still too cold, he could have "layered" under the coat.

It was a "thumb in the eye" to "old Europe".
