30. My thoughts exactly. These people live their lives every day without
fear that they will be harrassed, hassled, discriminated against, hated, spit on, or otherwise physically harmed because of who they love. They can get married, be affectionate in public, and "flaunt" their sexuality any time they want to.

I'm a woman married to a man. No one questions us about our "lifestyle." No one takes potshots at us. Other parents aren't afraid to let their children play with ours. We can hold hands and kiss each other in public without fear. We have all the legal protections and privileges marriage provides. For us, every day is "straight day." Wouldn't it be great if every day were simply "human being" day?

Seems these "college Republicans" just.don't.get.it.
