Whenever there seems to be an extremely tense time during the events of the real or sports world I tend to bake or cook. Anyone else? My Tv and computer are in the kitchen and I guess I have nervous energy and am looking to vent it.
Since the tsunami event, I haven't stopped cooking for the family. Same during the World Series, Super Bowl and election eve.
I don't stress eat, just cook. And I usually don't eat it.
