Eat healthy, Democrats! We must be healthy and strong in order to fight the right. Before you forward this to any Republicans, reverse the lists so that they will eat the bad stuff.

(And to their list, I would also add:)

Sunflower Seeds (protein and vitamins)

Wheat Germ (Vitamin E, protein)
Garlic (antispetic properties, lowers cholestrol)
Yogurt or milk with acidophilus (keeps intestines healthy)
"Quakes" rice cakes (low calorie and tasty)
Cranberry juice (prevents urinary tract infections)
Lemonade made from freshly squeezed lemon juice (bioflavonoids)
Peppermint tea (soothes upset stomach)
Green tea (antioxidants)

10 Foods You Should Never Eat:
(at least if you want to be and healthy)

Pepperidge Farm Flaky Crust Chicken Pot Pie (900 calories)
Chex Milk'n Cereal Bars (each bar has 13 grams of sugar and no fiber)
McDonalds McGriddles (one has 450 to 500 calories and 1000 mg of sodium)
Pizza Hut Big New Yorker cheese pizza (3,280 calories)
Mrs. Fields Milk Chocolate & Walnuts cookie (300 calories, 6 tsp. sugar)
Starbucks Venti Mocha Coconut Frappucino (710 calories, 26 grams fat)
Burger King french fries (King Size is 600 calories)
Campbell's condensed soups (loaded with sodium, buy their "Healthy Request")
Swoops candies (saturated-fat palm kernel oil)
Haagen-Dazs Mint Chip Dazzler (1,270 calories and 38 grams saturated fat)
Fettucine Alfredo - newsletter calls this a "heart attack on a plate"
Almost all deep fried foods including appetizers, "bloomin onion," etc.
Sodas are empty-calorie foods which serve no nutritional purpose.

Don't let the low-carb diet craze make you unhealthy! Sweet potatoes, rolled oats and whole wheat are healthy foods!
