That's for sure! Liberal veteran, you certainly have all of my sympathies and then some. I can't stand being on the phone with one of those so-called "tech/customer service" people for more than three minutes without going totally crazy. I have a hearing problem, which makes it doubly hard for me to understand them. Maybe if we refused to do business with companies that outsource their tech/customer service, etc., functions to India and other countries, it would send them a strong message and we'd be able to stop it.
