What's the name of this law? Please help.

What's the name of that law or principle that involves politics. It goes something like this: Four people are in a car, and they ask each other where they want to go. One says Disneyland, but none of them actually want to go there. But since everyone of them thinks the rest wants to go to Disneyland, they all remain silent. Once they get there, they realize that they're in a place where nobody wanted to be. I forgot the name of that thing.... Please help.
