it's been raining heavily since about 10 am but no lightning, Road Runner has been out since 5 PM and all channels above 40 are fuzzy, Cableco said it would probably come back on after the rain stopped, it's never been out this long but it hasn't rained this much in months, rain isn't supposed to move out until Monday, the big outages have been reported

does DSL go out during heavy rain?
