Jud Nelson plays a horrible aspiring stand-up comic who's grown an extra arm. Bill Paxton plays his self-serving friend and Sherilyn Finn is Jud's love interest. Runner ups would be "Eraserhead" and "The Reflecting Skin". "The Reflecting Skin" is a beautifully done movie about a kid at odds with his world and who basically does not want to admit the horrors surrounding him.
