Lovingly tell her your truth and brainstorm together about different signals she could give you. Engage her support so that she feels a part of the process, instead of being made wrong and feeling rejected. Make sure she knows it's not about her, it's about YOU and what you need. If she cares about you, which I'm sure she does, she'll be open to working it out.
