The criteria:
Must have made only one album so far (that wasn't hugely popular,) or has been longer and is starting to get bigger.
Mine include:
Anna Nalick
Cindy Alexander
Bonnie McKee
Fefe Dobson
Katy Rose
Diana Anaid
Mindy Smith
Maria Mena
Jenny Lewis of Rilo Kiley
Butterfly Boucher
Although I love Megan Slankard, she's still on her own label so she's not bigger yet.
