The head and foreign minister of an unnamed African country are greeting the new US ambassador, a clueless redneck appointed by the first Bush because of political donations. The ambassador is discussing how pretty the place is, how quaint the people are, while the president tells the FM they will cut him out of the loop, and deal only with the under ambassador, to the ambassador, they are acting as "quaint" as he believes they are. At the end the ambassador says "What goes on here, anyway?"

"We sing, we dance. We are simple people, Sahib."
